2. Payment
Once I have received your confirmed order you will be required to pay a 50% deposit (via Bacs transfer). Receipt of the deposit payment confirms your booking and the remaining fee will be due 2 weeks before dispatch. I ideally I will need at least 4 weeks notice to make your cake topper (obviously the more notice the better!)
3. Finished
As soon as your unique cake topper is finished I will email you a photograph ( as I know you will be dying to see!)
4) Special delivery - Terms & conditions
Your personalized cake topper will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery when the remaining balance has been settled.
Special Delivery guarantees the items up to its value within the UK. Unfortunately items will not be posted overseas due to the increased risk of damage and loss.
Items taken overseas are the full responsibility of the owner and any damage incurred as a result of this is not covered by Royal Mail or Quirky Cake Toppers.
Whilst every care is taken to package your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, due to the very fragile nature of the polymer clay product, items can occasionally become displaced in transit. This applies to joint ares e.eg. arms, eyes and can be easily replaced using superglue. Refunds for this type of easily rectified damage unfortunately will not be considered. In cases where items are damaged and you would to make a claim, the item will need to be returned to Quikycaketoppers.to then be forwarded to Royal Mail for inspection. Their decision with claims is final.
